Introduction of Anti-fog Material

It is a very confusing problem in real life that Fogging of windows, glasses, instruments, and meters in the special environment. The anti-fog coating can obviously alleviate the influence of fogging problem within a certain range. At present, ATS has developed a new type of Anti-fog material (FW-1 and fw-2), which has been tested on the market and received good customer feedback.

Product application parameters:

1) FW-1 molecular weight: 102, refractive index: 1.65~1.75, transparency range 0.6~0.9μm, melting point 1200~(sublimation) ℃, density 2.2g/cm3, hardness M~7.

2) FW-2 molecular weight: 62, refractive index: 1.51~1.54, transparency range 0.35~0.9μm, melting point 1200~1400℃, boiling point1600℃, density 2.72~3.00g/cm3, hardness is M~6.

Material structure characteristics: FW-1, FW-2 are formed by covalent bonds, with network structure, polar compounds with strong complexion ability with net structure and ring structure, the unsaturated bond force inside the material molecules can disperse, induce, orientate and hydrogen bond polarization coupling to the external polar molecules in the micro scope, and make the surface of the contact material extremely transformation, aggregation, alienation on the macro level.
